Recycled Black Butt Credenza

After making fifteen recycled Tasmanian Oak record boxes to store and transport a sound engineer’s record collection, it was apparent his stereo equipment, CDs etc. required a better home too. Recycled Black Butt was Mr. Engineer’s preference of the timber options presented to him. Designs were produced to accommodate his amazing stereo system and prodigious CD collection.

With the client’s input, some subtle tweaking took place and the design became a perfect fit for his requirements. Traditional joinery techniques and a hand rubbed finish brought this old timber back to life in the form of a clean-lined, elegant and functional piece that enriched his love of music.
