Metro Street Furniture Suite

In early 2002 the first Metro Park Seat, designed by Andrew, was manufactured by the Furphy Foundry Company in regional Victoria. This was the beginning of a productive relationship Andrew has maintained with Furphy Foundry as their street and park furniture designer. His designs are commissioned by the Foundry and taken on under an exclusive licensing agreement. The Metro Picnic Setting and Litter and Recycling Bins soon followed. These outdoor pieces are specified by landscape architects, councils and designers in many and varied projects around Australia. The Metro Family can be seen at the Melbourne University Campus, The Royal Botanic Gardens Cranbourne and The Box Hill Mall redevelopment.
