Andrew’s lifelong passion for creating objects evolved alongside an interest in the visual arts, design and our environment.
After topping his final year in Landscape Architecture at R.M.I.T. and over a decade working in this field in Australia, UK and Malaysia, Andrew decided to pursue a more hands on approach to design. After completing numerous woodworking and furniture design courses, he established his furniture design business. Andrew’s diverse creative history informs his exceptional problem solving skills and notable industry collaborations.
With an intrinsic passion for the design process, his key motivation is the delivery of a resolved design to a happy customer.

Andrew’s bias towards the use of recycled timber reflects his passionate interest in sustainability. Each piece of timber is carefully selected to highlight its character and complement the design. Other sustainable materials used include plantation-grown products such as bamboo and plywood. Care is also taken in the selection of the timber finishes, with a preference for low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) oils and finishes.
Andrew employs traditional joinery techniques and his methodical attention to details ensures a finished piece of lasting quality.
The initial presentation of concept designs, then material selection and cost estimates, all culminate in a customised, well-resolved design.

Consult & Collaborate
With facilities to design, prototype and fabricate outdoor furniture for small to large-scale municipal, civic and corporate projects, Andrew consults and collaborates with you from conception to completion.
The process includes brief formulation, concept design, design presentation and product costing. Full-scale prototypes can be manufactured for aesthetic and ergonomic testing. As the design develops, Andrew maintains progress updates and liaison, ensuring your requirements of style, timing and budget are met.
He also offers detailed production of fabrication documents to achieve a high quality design product and streamlined manufacturing process.
